1. The payment of the Single Tier First and Final Dividend of 1.8 sen per ordinary share is subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming 19th Annual General Meeting of the Company.
2. Holders of Warrant B (2015/2020) are reminded to lodge their subscription forms and subscription monies for conversion of warrants into new ordinary shares of the Company with the Company's Share Registrar by 5.00 p.m. on or before 19 August 2019 to qualify for the above dividend entitlement.
3. Holders of Redeemable Cumulative Preference Shares ("RCPS") are reminded to lodge their subscription forms for conversion of RCPS into new ordinary shares of the Company with the Company's Share Registrar by 5.00 p.m. on or before 19 August 2019 to qualify for the above dividend entitlement. |
