The Abridged Prospectus together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants (collectively, the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of OIB whose names appear in OIB's Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 4 May 2021 ("Entitlement Date") at their address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar with an address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia. No action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue with Warrants and the Documents comply with the laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysian laws.
