The payment of the final single tier dividend of 10.0 sen per ordinary share is subject to the shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Twenty-Sixth Annual General Meeting of the Company. If approved by shareholders, the final single tier dividend is not taxable in the hands of the shareholders pursuant to Paragraph 12B of Schedule 6 of the Income Tax Act 1967. Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant. This announcement is dated April 9, 2018. |
