Remarks :
Notice is hereby given that the first and final dividend of 2% tax exempt for the financial year ended 30 June 2001 will be payable on 8 February 2002 to Depositors registered in the Records of Depositors at the close of business on 18 January 2002.

A Depositor shall qualify for entitlement to the dividend only in respect of :

(a) shares transferred into the Depositor's Securities Account before 12:30p.m on 18 January 2002 in respect of ordinary transfers; and

(b) shares bought on the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange on a cum entitlement basis according to the Rules of the Kuala Lumpur Stock Exchange.
