On behalf of the Board, CIMB has today announced that the Issue Price of the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Interim Dividend has been fixed at RM4.85 per new Share.
Barring any unforeseen circumstances, the new Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRS in respect of the Interim Dividend will be listed on the Main Market of Bursa Securities on 8 November 2016.
