The Share Split will be implemented concurrently with the bonus issue of up to 177,555,700 new Subdivided Shares ("Bonus Share(s)") to be fully credited as fully paid-up, on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every two (2) Subdivided Shares announced on even date.
The Subdivided Shares and Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Main Market") on 19 April 2016, being one (1) market day following the Entitlement Date.
The notice of allotment for the Subdivided Shares will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders of Fiamma no later than four (4) market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Subdivided Shares on the Main Market.
