The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 19 May 2021, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.
The Share Registrar of VSI will issue and despatch the notices of allotment of the Bonus Shares to all entitled shareholders of VSI not later than 4 market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
