The Bonus Issue will be implemented concurrently with the subdivision exercise involving the subdivision of every 1 existing ordinary share in GTB into 2 subdivided shares ("Subdivided Share(s)"), announced on even date.
Up to 579,911,880 Subdivided Shares and up to 96,651,980 Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 30 May 2018, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
The notice of allotment for the Subdivided Shares and Bonus Shares will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders within 4 market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Subdivided Shares and Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
