The Bonus Issue of Warrants will entail an issuance of up to 103,098,378 Warrants on the basis of 1 Warrant for every 4 existing YTB Shares held by the entitled shareholders.
The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to their address as stated in the Record of Depositors of YTB prior to the date of listing and quotation of the Warrants.
The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") 2 market days after the submission of the quotation application for the Warrants to Bursa Securities.
Holders of outstanding irredeemable convertible preference shares ("ICPS") who wish to be entitled to the Bonus Issue of Warrants should convert their ICPS by lodging their duly completed ICPS conversion forms with the Share Registrar, Bina Management (M) Sdn Bhd, on or before 5.00 p.m. on 8 August 2022. This is to enable their names to appear on the Company's Record of Depositors by 5.00 p.m. on 17 August 2022.
