| The Abridged Prospectus together with the notice of provisional allotment and rights subscription form (collectively, “Documents”), are only despatched to shareholders whose names appear on the Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 10 August 2011 (“Entitled Shareholders”) at their address in Malaysia or who have provided the share registrar with an address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on 10 August 2011. The Documents will not be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders who have not provided an address in Malaysia. Entitled Shareholders who are without an address for the service of Documents in Malaysia and wish to provide a Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers and the share registrar, Symphony Share Registrars Sdn Bhd to effect the change of address prior to 10 August 2011. Pursuant to the Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants, the exercise price of the existing 5,883,992 outstanding warrants 2003/2013 ("Existing Warrants") held by a warrantholder of TRB as at 5.00 p.m. on the entitlement date shall be indicatively adjusted downwards from RM1.00 to RM0.89 (“Indicative Adjusted Exercise Price”). The Indicative Adjusted Exercise Price shall take effect on the market day following the entitlement date, as specified above. In addition, a warrantholder of TRB will be entitled to an additional 11.736 Existing Warrants (indicative), on an individual basis, for every 100 Existing Warrants held by such warrantholder as at 5.00 p.m. on the entitlement date as specified above. The exact adjustment in the exercise price and the number of additional Existing Warrants to be issued can only be finalised after the closing date for the application and acceptances for the Rights Shares based on the subscription rate of the Rights Shares. The relevant notice in relation to the above adjustments shall be dispatched to the warrantholders in due course. The warrantholders who exercise their rights to subscribe for the ordinary shares in TRB by lodging their duly completed exercise forms for the Existing Warrants together with the relevant subscription monies with the company’s share registrar (at the address stated above) by 5.00 p.m. on the entitlement date, will be entitled to the Rights Shares. The warrantholders who do not exercise their rights to subscribe for the ordinary shares in TRB by 5.00 p.m. on the entitlement date and whose name appear in the Record of Depositors for the Existing Warrants of TRB by 5.00 p.m. on the entitlement date shall be entitled to the above adjustments. The adjustments will only be finalized on the entitlement date and will be effective on the following market day thereafter. A notification to the warrantholders setting the above adjustments (including the basis of entitlement for the additional numbers of new Existing Warrants to be issued) will be dispatched by TRB within twenty-one (21) days after its finalization.
