The actual number of Warrants C to be issued is dependent on the number of SGB Shares in issue as at the Entitlement Date, taking into account any conversion of the SGB Warrants B, exercise of the options vested under SGB's existing Employees' Share Option Scheme or any issuance of new SGB Shares arising from the Proposed Shares Issuance and Proposed Warehouse Acquisition.
The Warrants C shall be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within two (2) market days after the submission of the application for the listing of and quotation for the Warrants C to Bursa Securities.
The notice of allotment of the Warrants C will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders within four (4) market days after the listing of and quotation for the Warrants C on the Main Market of Bursa Securities, or such other period as may be prescribed by Bursa Securities.
Arising from the migration to the no par value regime under the Companies Act 2016, par value is no longer relevant.
