| The Rights Shares will be issued at an issue price of RM0.50 per Rights Share (of which the first call of RM0.35 is payable in cash on application and the second call of RM0.15 is capitalised from the Company's share premium account and retained profit account) shall be alloted to the existing shareholders of AZRB on the basis of one (1) Rights Share for every one (1) existing ordinary shares of RM0.50 each held in the Company on 4 January 2008 (“Entitlement Date”). The underwriting agreement for the Rights Issue has been entered into on 17 December 2007. The abridged prospectus in relation to the Rights Issue will be dispatched to the entitled shareholders of AZRB not later than three (3) market days after the Entitlement Date. This announcement is dated 18 December 2007. |
