The Entitlement Date for the Capital Repayment shall be on Wednesday, 24 May 2023.
The Capital Repayment will be implemented by way of a capital reduction and repayment exercise of RM0.11 for each SYF Share under Section 116 of the Companies Act 2016, as approved by SYF's shareholders on 19 January 2023 and confirmed by the Court on 30 January 2023.
The Entitled Shareholders shall receive a cash distribution of RM0.11 for each SYF Share held.
