The Share Split will be implemented concurrently with the bonus issue exercise, which involves an issuance of 108,487,894 new Subdivided Shares ("Bonus Shares") on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every three (3) Subdivided Shares held on the same Entitlement Date as the Share Split ("Bonus Issue"). However, for the avoidance of doubt, the Bonus Issue will only be undertaken immediately after the completion of the Share Split.
The Subdivided Shares and the Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 16 October 2019 ("Listing Date"), being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.
The share registrar of Magni will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Subdivided Shares and the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders of Magni whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of Magni on the Entitlement Date within four (4) market days after the Listing Date.
