The Bonus Issue will be implemented concurrently with the share split exercise, which involves a subdivision of every one (1) existing ordinary share in Magni held as at 5:00 p.m. on 15 October 2019 into two (2) ordinary shares in Magni ("Subdivided Shares") ("Share Split"). For the avoidance of doubt, the actual number of Bonus Shares to be issued will depend on the total number of ordinary shares in Magni in issue on the Entitlement Date, after the Share Split.
The Subdivided Shares and the Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 16 October 2019 ("Listing Date"), being the next market day following the Entitlement Date.
The share registrar of Magni will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Subdivided Shares and the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of Magni on the Entitlement Date within four (4) market days after the Listing Date.
