Notes:-
(1) LHIB is also implementing a bonus issue of up to 30,000,000 new LHIB Shares ("Bonus Share(s)") to be credited as fully paid-up, on the basis of one Bonus Share for every two existing LHIB Shares held by the entitled shareholders of LHIB at the close of business on 19 October 2015 ("Bonus Issue"). The Bonus Shares to be received by all the entitled shareholders of LHIB will also be subject to the Share Split.
(2) The Share Split will be undertaken after the completion of the Bonus Issue. For clarity, the Bonus Issue will be undertaken concurrent with the Share Split.
(3) The Subdivided Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 20 October 2015, being the next market day after the entitlement date.
The share registrar of the Company is expected to issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Subdivided Shares to the entitled shareholders of LHIB whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of LHIB on the entitlement date within four market days after the date the Subdivided Shares are listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
