| The Abridged Prospectus, together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form (collectively referred to as the "Documents") in relation to the Rights Issue of ICULS with Warrants will only be despatched to the shareholders whose names appear on the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 16 April 2012. The Documents will only be sent to the entitled shareholders who have a registered address or an address for service in Malaysia. Entitled shareholders who do not have a registered address or an address for service in Malaysia and who wish to change their address to Malaysia should inform their respective stockbrokers as well as the Share Registrars of SMPC to effect the change of address.
