| The bonus issue entails the issuance of up to 16,329,333 new Spritzer Shares on the basis of one (1) new Spritzer Share for every three (3) existing Spritzer Shares held as at the time and date stated above (“Entitlement Date”) (“Bonus Issue”). The actual number of new Spritzer Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of Spritzer less any treasury shares held by Spritzer pursuant to its share buy-back scheme as at the Entitlement Date. As the Bonus Issue will be undertaken concurrently with a share split involving the subdivision of every one (1) Spritzer Share (after the Bonus Issue) into two (2) ordinary shares of RM0.50 each (“Split Shares”), the new Spritzer Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue and listed on 22 January 2009 will be in the form of the Split Shares. PFA Registration Services Sdn Bhd, the Registrar of Spritzer, will issue and dispatch the notice of allotment to the entitled shareholders by 30 January 2009.
