| Shareholders of Weida should take note that every one (1) Weida Share as at 5.00 p.m. on Monday 29 November 2004 ("Entitlement Date") shall be subdivided into two (2) new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each. In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the trading of the Weida Shares on the Second Board of Bursa Securities will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 23 November 2004, being three (3) clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date to facilitate the Bonus Issue (as announced on 3 November 2004) and Share Split. Hence, the last time and date for trading of the Weida Shares on the Second Board of Bursa Securities prior to the Bonus Issue and Share Split shall be at 5.00 p.m. on 22 November 2004.
