The Bonus Shares will be entitled to the warrants. The notice of book closure of the warrants will be announced on a date which will be determined after the completion of the Bonus Issue of Shares.
The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 5 January 2022.
The Share Registrar of SKB will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Bonus Shares to the entitled shareholders of SKB within 4 market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
