The Warrants will be credited into the Entitled Shareholders central depository system accounts and notices of allotment for the Warrants will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of ACME within 4 market days after the date of listing of and quotation for the Warrants. The Entitled Shareholders are not required to take any action. The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities within 2 market days after an application for the quotation of the Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities.
