| Shareholders of U-LI should take note that U-LI Shares as at 5.00 pm. Thursday, 25 November 2004 ("Entitlement Date") shall be credited with one (1) new U-LI Shares for every two (2) existing U-LI Shares held, credited as fully paid-up, pursuant to the Bonus Issue. Shareholders should also take note that the trading of U-LI Shares on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 19 November 2004, being three (3) clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date to facilitate the Bonus Issue and the share split of every one (1) existing U-LI Share on the Entitlement Date into two new ordinary shares of RM0.50 each in U-LI (including the Bonus Shares) on the Official List of Bursa Securities. This announcement is dated 1 November 2004. |
