We refer to our earlier announcements dated 27 August 2018 in respect of the Quarterly Report on Consolidated Results for the Financial Period Ended 30 June 2018 and the press release on "Higher Dividend Pay Out Based on Improved Revenue and Profit Performance for H1 2018" which highlighted that the Board of Directors of CCM Duopharma Biotech Berhad ('the Company") had on 27 August 2018 approved an interim dividend of 1.50 sen per share amounting to approximately RM9.93 million to be paid to the shareholders of the Company.
On 22 October 2018, the Board had agreed to fix the book closure date on 7 November 2018 and the date of payment of the interim dividend on 23 November 2018.
