The Board of Directors of Duopharma Biotech Berhad ("Duopharma Biotech" or the "Company") ("Board") has declared a single-tier interim dividend of RM0.01 per ordinary share in Duopharma Biotech ("Duopharma Biotech Shares") in respect of the financial year ending 31 December 2019. The Board has also determined the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP") would apply to the interim dividend.
Following the above, on behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd had on 2 October 2019 announced that the issue price of the new Duopharma Biotech Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP has been fixed at RM1.25 per Duopharma Biotech Share.
