The Board of Directors of Duopharma Biotech Berhad ("Duopharma Biotech" or the "Company") ("Board") has declared a second interim dividend of 1.8 sen per ordinary share in Duopharma Biotech ("Duopharma Biotech Shares") in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2021. The Board has also determined the dividend reinvestment plan ("DRP") would apply to the second interim dividend.
Following the above, on behalf of the Board, Mercury Securities Sdn Bhd had on 24 March 2022 announced that the issue price of the new Duopharma Biotech Shares to be issued pursuant to the DRP has been fixed at RM1.29 per Duopharma Biotech Share.
