The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 13 April 2021, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.
The notices of allotment will be issued and dispatched to all entitled shareholders of Eng Kah not later than four (4) market days after the date of the listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
