The final number of Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of Eng Kah Corporation Berhad on 25 September 2012. The Warrants will be quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities within two (2) market days after an application for the quotation of up to 6,537,670 Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities. For avoidance of doubt, the Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares will not be entitled for the Warrants. Notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders within four (4) market days after the listing of and quotation for the Warrants. This announcement is dated 7 September 2012. |
