| The Share Split shall result in the increase in the issued and paid-up share capital of Kossan to 133,222,480 Subdivided Kossan Shares. In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the trading of the existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Kossan on the Main Board of Bursa Securities will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 14 July 2005, being three (3) clear market days prior to the entitlement date of Wednesday, 20 July 2005, to facilitate the Share Split and bonus issue of two (2) new Subdivided Kossan Shares for every ten (10) Subdivided Kossan Shares held in Kossan after the Share Split ("Bonus Issue"). Hence, the last day for trading of the existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Kossan on the Main Board of Bursa Securities, prior to the Share Split and Bonus Issue, shall be Wednesday, 13 July 2005. Kindly note the following amendments: (i) the trading of the existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Kossan will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Thursday, 14 July 2005; and (ii) the last day for trading of the existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in Kossan prior to the Share Split and Bonus Issue, shall be Wednesday, 13 July 2005. |
