The final number of Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of SKP on 25 June 2012. The date of listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will be on 26 June 2012, being the next market day following the entitlement date. Notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders within four (4) market days after the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares.
