| Shareholders of SKPRB should take note of the following: (i) Pursuant to the bonus issue, which involves the issuance of 12,000,000 new SKPRB Shares, SKPRB Shares held as at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 8 November 2004 ("Entitlement Date") shall be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) new SKPRB Share for every four (4) existing SKPRB Shares held ("Bonus Issue"); and (ii) The implementation of the Share Split is carried out concurrently with the Bonus Issue, whereby SKPRB Shares (including the new SKPRB Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue) held by shareholders of SKPRB as at the Entitlement Date shall be subdivided into ten (10) ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in SKPRB. For illustrative purposes, a shareholder holding 100 SKPRB Shares on the Entitlement Date shall be entitled to 25 new SKPRB Shares pursuant to the Bonus Issue. Thereafter, his/her entire 125 SKPRB Shares shall be subdivided into 1,250 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in SKPRB. The Share Split shall result in the issued and paid-up share capital of SKPRB to increase to 600,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each. In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), the trading of SKPRB Shares on the Second Board of Bursa Securities will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Tuesday, 2 November 2004, being three (3) clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date, to facilitate the Bonus Issue and Share Split. Hence the last day for trading of SKPRB Shares on the Second Board of Bursa Securities, prior to the Bonus Issue and Share Split, shall be Monday, 1 November 2004.
