The actual number of Subdivided Shares to be issued pursuant to the Share Split will depend on the issued share capital of PCB on the entitlement date.
The Subdivided Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 5 December 2017, being the next market day after the entitlement date.
PCB's share registrar is expected to issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Subdivided Shares to the entitled shareholders whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of PCB on the entitlement date within 4 market days after the date the Subdivided Shares are listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
