The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 29 April 2022, being the next market day after the Entitlement Date.
The holders of the warrants 2018/2023 issued by PMB Technology Berhad ("Warrants 2018/2023") must exercise their respective outstanding Warrants 2018/2023 and lodge their duly completed and signed exercise form with the exercise monies with the Share Registrar by 5.00 p.m. on 18 April 2022 in order to be entitled to the Bonus Issue.
The holders of the irredeemable convertible unsecured loan stocks 2018/2023 issued by PMB Technology Berhad ("ICULS 2018/2023") must convert their respective outstanding ICULS 2018/2023 and lodge their duly completed and signed conversion notice with the Share Registrar by 5.00 p.m. on 18 April 2022 in order to be entitled to the Bonus Issue.
The Share Registrar of PMB Technology Berhad will issue and despatch the notice of allotment of the Bonus Shares to all entitled shareholders of PMB Technology Berhad not later than 4 market days after the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
