| The Bonus Issue of Warrants entails an issuance of up to 65,889,550 Warrants to be credited as fully paid-up on the basis of one (1) Warrant for every two (2) existing Shares held by the entitled shareholders on the entitlement date. The actual number of Warrants to be issued will depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company as at the entitlement date. The Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholder’s central depository system account and notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the address as per the Record of Depositors within eight (8) market days from the entitlement date. The Warrants will be quoted within two (2) market days after the submission of the application for quotation of the Warrants to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This announcement is dated 16 January 2015. |
