| Adventa intends to implement the consolidation of the entire issued and paid-up share capital of Adventa Berhad ("Adventa") from the existing ordinary shares with par value of RM0.10 each ("Existing Shares") into the Consolidated Shares ("Shares Consolidation") and Bonus Issue on the same Entitlement Date of 21 June 2006. Hence, please be informed that the trading of the ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in Adventa ("Existing Shares") on the Second Board of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be suspended with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 15 June 2006 (being three (3) clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date of 21 June 2006) until the quotation of the Consolidated Shares and Bonus Shares on Bursa Securities. Hence, the last time and date of trading of the Existing Shares will be 5.00 p.m. on 14 June 2006. This announcement is dated 1 June 2006. |
