The date of the listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") will be on 12 May 2023, being the next market day following the Bonus Entitlement Date.
The notice of allotment for the Bonus Shares will be issued and despatched to all entitled shareholders at the address as per Record of Depositors within 4 market days after the date of the listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities.
Holders of the Warrants 2021/2026 who wish to be entitled to the Bonus Shares should exercise their Warrants 2021/2026 by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with the relevant subscription monies with CScenic's share registrar on or before 5.00 p.m. on 27 April 2022 such that their names will appear on the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on the Bonus Entitlement Date.
