The Company's existing total number of shares comprising 98,000,000 Shares (including 1,364,113 treasury shares) will be subdivided into 196,000,000 Subdivided Shares (including 2,728,226 treasury shares) in relation to the Share Split. For avoidance of doubt, any treasury shares held by the Company shall also be subdivided pursuant to the Share Split.
The Subdivided Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") on 9 November 2021, being the next market day following the Books Closure Date.
The notices of allotment for the Share Split will be despatched to the entitled shareholders not later than 4 market days after the date of listing and quotation of the Subdivided Shares on Bursa Securities.
