| The Abridged Prospectus, together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment ("NPA") and the Rights Subscription Form ("RSF"), will be despatched to the shareholders of PARB whose names appear in the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date ("Entitled Shareholders") not later than two (2) market days from the Entitlement Date. The Abridged Prospectus, together with the NPA and RSF, will not be sent to the foreign Entitled Shareholders who do not have an address in Malaysia. Any foreign Entitled Shareholder who is without an address in Malaysia and wishes to provide a Malaysian address, should inform his/her stockbroker to effect the change of address prior to 25 June 2010. The Rights Shares will be issued at an issue price of RM0.50 per Rights Share. This announcement is dated 11 June 2010. |
