| The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of up to 59,657,300 Bonus Shares in Tanjung, credited as fully paid-up, to its shareholders on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every two (2) existing Shares held on 21 August 2006 ("Entitlement Date"). The actual number of Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of the Company on the Entitlement Date taking into account any exercise of its existing warrants 2006/2016 and the options granted pursuant to Tanjung's Employee Share Option Scheme which may be exercised on or prior to the Entitlement Date of the Bonus Issue.
