| The actual number of Rights Shares to be issued will depend on the issued and paid-up capital of Dufu on 21 June 2013. The Abridged Prospectus together with the Rights Subscription Form and Notice of Provisional Allotment (collectively the “Documents”) in relation to the Two-Call Rights Issue will only be despatched to the shareholders of Dufu whose names appear on the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 21 June 2013 (“Entitled Shareholders”) at their address in Malaysia. The Entitled Shareholders who do not have an address for the service of documents in Malaysia and wish to receive a copy of the Documents should inform their respective stockbrokers and the Share Registrar of their address in Malaysia by 5.00 p.m. on 21 June 2013. The Documents are not intended to be issued, circulated or distributed in countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Two-Call Rights Issue complies with the law of any country or jurisdiction other than the laws of Malaysia.
