The Abridged Prospectus together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and the Rights Subscription Form for the Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants (collectively referred to as the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of WZ Satu whose names appear in WZ Satu's Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 12 April 2021 ("Entitled Shareholders") who have registered addresses in Malaysia. Entitled Shareholders who do not have a registered address in Malaysia and wish to provide their Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers or Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn Bhd to effect the change of address by the Entitlement Date or may collect the Documents from the Share Registrar, Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn Bhd at Level 7, Menara Milenium, Jalan Damanlela, Pusat Bandar Damansara, Damansara Heights, 50490 Kuala Lumpur, in which event the Share Registrar shall be entitled to request for such evidence as it deems necessary to satisfy itself as to the identity and authority of the person collecting the aforesaid Documents.
Holders of the outstanding Warrants 2014/2024 in WZ Satu who wish to be entitled to the Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants must exercise their rights to subscribe for new WZ Satu Shares by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with relevant subscription monies with WZ Satu's Share Registrar (at the address stated above) on or before 5.00 p.m. on 12 April 2021 such that their names will appear in the Record of Depositors for WZ Satu Shares at 5.00 p.m. on 12 April 2021.
The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed, and the Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants is not intended to be (and will not be) made or offered or deemed to be made or offered for purchase or subscription, in any country or jurisdiction other than Malaysia or to persons who are or may be subject to the laws of any country or jurisdiction other than the laws of Malaysia and no action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue of ICPS with Warrants or the Documents comply with the laws related to public offerings of any country or jurisdiction where action for such purposes is required, other than the laws of Malaysia.
Acceptance of and payment for the provisional Rights ICPS and excess applications must be made by way of the e-RSF enclosed together with this Abridged Prospectus and must be completed in accordance with the notes and instructions in the e-RSF.
The Documents will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders on 14 April 2021.
