| Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad had, via its letter dated 21 August 2013, granted a shortening of book closure date notice period from ten (10) market days to five (5) market days for the Share Exchange, including the Offer of RCULS. The Abridged Prospectus together with the Notice of Provisional Offer (“NPO”) and Offer Acceptance Form (“OAF”) will only be despatched to the shareholders of VEB at their registered address in Malaysia or who have provided the share registrar with the address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on 4 October 2013. The Abridged Prospectus, together with the NPO and OAF, will be despatched to the shareholders of VEB no later than two (2) market days from the Entitlement Date. This announcement is dated 27 September 2013. |
