| The Bonus Issue entails the issuance of up to 23,144,700 Bonus Shares in TWPH, credited as fully paid-up, to TWPH’s shareholders on the basis of one (1) Bonus Share for every two (2) existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each in TWPH, whose names appear on the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 5 October 2007 (“Entitlement Date”). The actual number of Bonus Shares to be issued would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of TWPH on the Entitlement Date. The date of the listing of and quotation for the new Bonus Shares shall be 8 October 2007. TWPH's registrar, Tenaga Koperat Sdn Bhd, will issue and despatch notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders by 12 October 2007. This announcement is dated 20 September 2007. |
