| The expressions applied in this announcement shall have the same meaning ascribed to them as set out in the announcement dated 7 April 2009 in relation to the Proposals. Number of New Warrants to be issued The final number of the total New Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Rights Issue of Warrants and Proposed Restricted Issue of Warrants would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of Ralco on 23 November 2009 and the number of unexercised Warrants 2004/2009 on the Expiry Date respectively. Ratio of New Warrants The ratio set out above relates to the entitlement to the New Warrants as follows: -two (2) New Warrants for every five (5) Ralco Shares held as at 5.00 p.m. on 23 November 2009 under the Proposed Rights Issue of Warrants; and -two (2) New Warrants for every five (5) unexercised Warrants 2004/2009 held on the Expiry Date under the Proposed Restricted Issue of Warrants. The Abridged Prospectus, together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment, Rights Subscription Form and/or Provisional Allotment Letter will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders and/or Entitled Warrants Holders not later than two (2) Market Days from the Entitlement Date.
