The terms used herein shall, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the circular to shareholders dated 22 January 2019 unless otherwise stated. This announcement is made by UOBKH on behalf of CICB. The shareholders of CICB whose names appears on the Record of Depositors of CICB at the close of business on Monday, 10 June 2019, shall be entitled to participate in the Share Exchange. In order to facilitate the Share Exchange, the trading of CICB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities will be suspended from 9.00 a.m. on Friday, 31 May 2019, being 3 clear market days prior to the Entitlement Date. Accordingly, the last time and day for trading of CICB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities shall be at 5.00 p.m. on Thursday, 30 May 2019. The suspension of trading of CICB Shares will continue until the admission of CGB Shares to the Official List of Bursa Securities and the listing of and quotation for the CGB Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Securities. A notice to the shareholders of CICB in relation to the Entitlement Date for the Share Exchange will be despatched to the shareholders of CICB on Friday, 24 May 2019.
