| Unless otherwise defined, all terms used shall have the same meaning as those defined in the announcement dated 29 August 2014. The final number of Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Free Warrants Issue would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of PMHB on 23 January 2015. The Warrants will be quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Securities within two (2) market days after an application for the quotation of Warrants is submitted to Bursa Securities. The Warrants will be credited into the entitled shareholders’ central depository system account and a notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors prior to the listing of and quotation for the Warrants. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. This announcement is dated 9 January 2015. |
