The Abridged Prospectus together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment and Rights Subscription Form ("RSF") in relation to the Rights Issue (collectively, the "Documents") will only be despatched to the shareholders of Pansar whose names appear in Pansar's Record of Depositors as at 5.00 p.m. on 8 March 2021 ("Entitlement Date") at their address in Malaysia or who have provided the Share Registrar with an address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
Holders of the outstanding warrants 2018/2023 in Pansar ("Warrants 2018/2023") who wish to be entitled to the Rights Issue must exercise their rights to subscribe for new Pansar Shares by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with relevant subscription monies with Pansar's Share Registrar (at the address stated above) on or before 5.00 p.m. on 25 February 2021 such that their names will appear in the Record of Depositors for Pansar Shares at 5.00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
The Documents are not intended to be (and will not be) issued, circulated or distributed in countries or jurisdictions other than Malaysia. No action has been or will be taken to ensure that the Rights Issue and the Documents comply with the laws of any countries or jurisdictions other than the laws of Malaysia.
Acceptance of and payment for the Provisional RCPS and Excess Applications must be made by way of the RSF enclosed together with this Abridged Prospectus and must be completed in accordance with the notes and instructions in the RSF.
