The Share Consolidation entails the consolidation of every five (5) Sinotop shares into one (1) Consolidated Share at 5.00 p.m. on 30 March 2017.
The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 31 March 2017 ("Listing Date"), being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
Sinotop's Share Registrar will issue and despatch the notices of allotment for the Consolidated Shares to the entitled shareholders of Sinotop not later than four (4) market days after the Listing Date.
