| Unless stated otherwise, definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as defined in the circular to shareholders dated 19 October 2007. The number of Bonus Shares to be listed and quoted is 336,302,604 S P Setia Shares. As the Bonus Issue is conditional upon, inter alia, the Offer for Sale, the Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted together with the listing of and quotation for the Warrants under the Offer for Sale. The date of the listing of and quotation for the Warrants, in turn, is subject to Bursa Securities receiving the necessary documentation for quotation, where the Warrants (together with the Bonus Shares) will be listed and quoted, 2 market days after such receipt. Based on the entitlement date of the Offer for Sale which is set out in a separate announcement, the tentative date for the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares shall be 25 January 2008, and thereafter, S P Setia's Registrar will issue and despatch notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders by 31 January 2008.
