| The holders of the Warrants C must exercise their respective outstanding Warrants C and lodge their duly completed and signed exercise form together with the exercise monies with the share registrar of the Company, Tricor Investor Services Sdn Bhd (“Share Registrar”), by 5.00 p.m. on 4 November 2014 in order to be entitled to the Third Interim Tax Exempt Dividend. The holders of the 8-year 6% redeemable convertible secured loan stocks 2011/2019 of PMB (“RCSLS”) must convert their respective outstanding RCSLS and lodge their duly completed and signed conversion notice with the Share Registrar by 3.00 p.m. on 4 November 2014 in order to be entitled to the Third Interim Tax Exempt Dividend. The entitlement date for this dividend is after the entitlement date of Bonus Issue which was announced on 27 October 2014 ("BI Announcement").
