Shareholders' approval for the Rights Issue with Warrants was obtained on 23 July 2015.
The abridged prospectus together with the rights subscription form and the notice of provisional allotment (collectively referred to as "Documents") in relation to the Rights Issue with Warrants will be despatched on 15 October 2015 to the entitled shareholders of EGIB whose names appear on the Record of Depositors of EGIB on 12 October 2015 ("Entitled Shareholders").
These Documents have not been and will not be registered under or made to comply with the laws of any foreign jurisdiction and have not been (and will not be) lodged, registered or approved pursuant to or under any legislation (or with or by any regulatory authority or other relevant body) of any foreign jurisdiction. The Rights Issue with Warrants will not be made or offered in any foreign jurisdiction.
Accordingly, these Documents will not be sent to the foreign Entitled Shareholders or their renouncee(s) / transferee(s) (if applicable) who do not have a registered address in Malaysia. However, such foreign Entitled Shareholders or their renouncee(s) / transferee(s) (if applicable) may collect the Documents from the Company's Share Registrar, in which event the Share Registrar shall be entitled to request for such evidence as it deems necessary to satisfy itself as to the identity and authority of the person collecting the aforesaid documents.
